All the main principles of ACRA's corporate governance are incorporated within the Company Charter, which has undergone appropriate changes, aiming to include the recent developments in adopted corporate governance rules.

Company's corporate governance is based on the following principles:

• Clear segregation of authorities and responsibilities


• Efficient cooperation between Shareholders, Board of Directors and Executive Management


• Clearly defined strategic business plan


• Strengthening the role of Company's Board of non-executive Directors in protection of shareholders' interests


• Information transparency.
